John Bolsover
John qualified as an Authorised Financial Advisor in 2019, following a 19-year career to senior management level in banking, working in the areas of economics, strategy, and business planning. Prior to that he worked as an economist at Beef and Lamb NZ.
In 2020 John joined Derek Hughes, who has over 13 years’ experience as the owner of Mortgage Link Kapiti and prior to that, 27 years’ banking experience to a high management level in the UK.

Sophie Bolsover
Sophie graduated from Victoria University Wellington in 2019, completing a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Management.
The COVID-19 restrictions de-railed Sophie's travel plans in 2020. John took advantage of this to contract her to provide support on website maintenance and advice on marketing, digital marketing and social media presence for Kaptial Advice and Mortgage Link Kapiti. [More]
